GT Bike V mod features a course reader which auto drives you around Los Santos following different routes of various difficulty levels. Course files (.json) are storing the starting point, start banner, waypoints and end banner with X, Y and Z coordinates.

There is no need to install courses anymore, they are downloaded from a central repository that gets updated periodically.
Community members are also sharing often routes and tips on how to build them on Grand Theft Auto Bike facebook group.

From the mod menu you have access to a course selector that browses through the available courses.
The course selector shows you the basic information about the ride, including distance, elevation gain, ride profile and a map.
When a course is selected you will be teleported to the course start location.
